The Creator’s Quest
It started in pursuit of the perfect flavour balance, a decadent texture, and gifting delight. Then what unfolded was the unexpected. Somehow joy, passion, and cacao alchemised in the kitchen into magnified pleasure in each bite.
Chemistry taught me the art of experimentation and the love of tinkering in a lab. People, however, were the muse and catalyst for creation of these little pleasure bombs. The experience involves all the senses. The scent of the cacao, the truffle firm yet tender on your palate, the flavours that call you in like an invitation, take you on a whirlwind love affair, then leave you reeling with afterglow.
